Taylor Kassens

Taylor has always been in love with dancing, and when her family moved to the Black Hills in 2003, she began taking ballet at the age of four. She found the Academy of Dance Arts in 2008, and felt at home. Her training expanded to include all styles of dance, and she enjoyed performing with the ADA Company, Flutter Productions, and as part of BHDT’s Nutcracker. She is grateful for all the training opportunities the Academy presented, including the opportunity to take masterclasses from visiting professionals in the world of Ballet and Modern, and the incredible instruction from Academy’s own faculty. Having returned to the Black Hills after earning her BA in Psychology, and serving for several years of mission work, Taylor is thrilled to be joining that same faculty that helped form her into the woman and dancer she is today. She is excited to inspire the next generation of incredible dancers and young people!
